Information You Add

Roamark stores the travel records you choose to create, including flights, hotels, trips, places, notes, dates, airports, cities, prices, ticket details, and related metadata.

Demo records are bundled with the app so you can explore features. Demo records are separate from your normal records.

Local Storage

Your travel records are stored on your device using Apple platform storage. This version of Roamark does not provide iCloud sync or account-based cloud storage.

If you delete the app or erase your device, locally stored records may be deleted unless you have exported a backup or otherwise backed up your device.

Location and Map Features

If you grant location permission, Roamark uses your current location to center the map or help with location-based editing. Roamark does not continuously track your location in the background.

Map display, place search, and map-related results may use Apple MapKit services. Search text, map interactions, or location context may be processed by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy practices.

Flight Information

When you use flight lookup features, Roamark may send the flight information needed for the lookup, such as airline code, flight number, date, and airport context, to the configured flight information provider.

Flight information returned by third-party providers may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Roamark uses it only to help prefill or enrich your records.

Import and Export

When you import a JSON or CSV file, Roamark reads the file you select to preview and create travel records.

When you export data, Roamark creates a file containing the records included in that export. You are responsible for where you save or share exported files.

Data We Do Not Collect

This version of Roamark does not create user accounts, sell personal data, show third-party ads, or include third-party analytics tracking.

Roamark does not collect payment card information or process purchases inside the app.
